We are excited to host to Holy Yoga
Wednesday, March 29th from 6:30-7:30 PM.
It will be held at My Dance Studio, Inc. located at 3184 Summers Rd., Keego Harbor, MI 48320.
The class is FREE and open to the public.
Holy Yoga is a type of Christian yoga that incorporates aspects of traditional yoga practice, but with a Christ-centered focus. It will be taught by Karema DeJesus.
